All orders are securely packaged and sent with proof of postage, or tracked delivery for larger orders.
Post & Packing (currently £2.85) is added automatically for orders under £30.00.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post or an equivalent service (with tracking for larger orders).
Contact us for additional charges if there are special requirements or urgent delivery is required.

All USA orders are subject to import duty (currently 10.00%) plus a handling fee (£0.50).
Add "USA tariff" to your order. With regret, no USA order will be shipped without pre-payment of this levy.

Returns Policy
We have a no-quibble return policy for all our products. To receive a refund, simply send the item back to us within 28 days quoting the transaction number and purchase date and we will refund the cost of the item to the payment method that was used for the original purchase. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights and does not detract from your statutory rights.
