These are "display wheels" as supplied with some of our 7mm kits. The wheels are a press fit on a steel axle. The wheels are intended for use with a static model.  There are four wheels and two axles in a packet. The wheels are based on Mansell pattern wheels which can be difficult to source.  This pattern wheel was commonly used on passenger stock.   ..
