7mm
7mm scale (or O gauge) was originally introduced by German toy manufacturer Märklin at the turn of the twentieth century. It is generally understood to mean a scale of 7mm to a foot. There are many standards for track. It has always been a popular scale because it allows detail without being cumbersome.
These are "display wheels" as supplied with some of our 7mm kits. The wheels are a press fit on a steel axle.
The wheels are intended for use with a static model.
There are four wheels and two axles in a packet. The wheels are based on Mansell pattern wheels which can be difficult to source.
This pattern wheel was commonly used on passenger stock.
