This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or alter your statutory rights or our obligations to you.
Duration
Our returns policy is valid for 28 days. If 28 days have elapsed since your purchase and we have not been notified of an issue then we cannot offer you an immediate refund or exchange.
Eligibility
We accept returns (regardless of condition) of all of our products, provided that:
- You notify us that the item is to be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided ( We include a physical receipt as well as any electronic receipt).
- You return the item within 28 days of receipt.
You do not need to give a reason for return.
Of course we would like to know the reason so that we may improve our service in future.
Replacement or missing parts
We will replace defective or missing parts from our products within the duration of our returns policy. Our products include an inventory of parts. The current assembly instructions can be downloaded from our website. Be sure to confirm that your product is complete upon receipt using the information provided.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment source, within the provider’s timescale. We will notify you when a refund is issued. The vast majority of our sales are through Paypal which gives you additional protection including a resolution process.
Disputes
The vast majority of our sales are through Paypal . As a Paypal merchant we honour the terms and conditions given us by Paypal. This includes a resolution process in the unlikely event that there is an issue to be resolved.
Late or missing refunds
Please check your payment provider. Refunds will be made to the original source of funds. The majority of our sales are through Paypal, there is a resolution process available to you in the event that an issue occurs.
Returns Shipping Address
The returns address is the same as that which was given on our invoice to you. Our address was also sent to you electronically if you completed the transaction through Paypal.
